I'm working with a fantastic travel leisure company, who specialise in all sorts, from planes to coaches to cruises and trains.

They are looking for an experienced Assistant Contact Centre Manager to come and join their team on a permanent basis. They are looking for the right skills and the right personality fit as they feel, they want someone who can join their vibrant energy and bring lots of new ideas to the position!

Your main responsibilities will be to work with senior management and support yours and the wider team in each day, being a positive role model and to support the more junior staff. Looking for someone who wants to bring new idea and has great business acumen.

Ideal candidate

  • Experience managing a Contact Centre & First line managers
  • Experience working in customer service or travel industry
  • Great communication skills & can drive a team to success
  • Great problem solving skills
  • Proven record of hitting KPIs
  • Efficient in Microsoft including powerpoint, word, excel etc
  • Results driven


  • £50k (negotiable depending on candidates experience)
  • 22 days holiday + bank holidays - increasing each year up to 25 days
