Chase Recruitment are excited to be partnering with a local specialised care provider in the Matlock area who are in need of a flexible Senior Support Worker. You'll be working with service users who have a variety of needs including mental health, learning difficulties including Autism, Personality Disorders and Schizophrenia and making a huge difference in their lives!

As a Senior Support Worker, your role would include:

  • Providing specialised care for a small group of inpatients, supporting them towards independent living.
  • Work with management and other team members to provide the best levels of care available.
  • Willing to be flexible in caring styles.
  • Access to a company car to escort in-patients on daytrips.

The ideal Support Worker will have:

  • Experience with medication handling and dual diagnosis is preferred.
  • Experience working with individuals with learning disabilities, mental health, autism, and complex behavioural needs of at least 2 years.
  • Access to a full UK driving license.
  • A level 3 in Health and Social is preferred but will take on an applicant at Level 2 who is willing to train up.
  • A person-centred approach to care with a kind a compassionate nature.
