Chase Recruitment is currently working with an established global company looking to appoint a full time B2B Sales Representative in the Hampshire area.

My client provides cutting edge, high value bespoke solutions and is at the forefront of a niche supplier market currently experiencing rapid growth. With an enviable market position, pre-existing client relationships and a range of industry leading products in the fastest growing segments, they are looking for a talented individual to join them.

You will have complete autonomy, but, with the added support of an established and performing team. Employees are generously rewarded with excellent salaries, commission and generous car allowance.

As a Sales Representative, you will be accountable for the sales and market share growth within your territory as well as maximising the impact of marketing plans and company assets. You will be liaising with a diverse group of stakeholders in order to communicate and deliver tangible value and, as such, the role will challenge you to develop a broad skill set that is a great foundation for leadership or marketing roles.

A comprehensive onboarding programme is in place to provide the strongest platform for a successful career.

Key Responsibilities;

  • Grow sales via focused conversion of competitor business
  • Cross selling to current and new customers in existing accounts
  • High impact presentations and product demonstrations in target accounts
  • Cold calling new prospects to introduce the company and products/solutions

Key Skills;

  • Verifiable B2B sales performance with evidence of developing 'real' new business
  • Record of converting competitor customers/accounts via new business in new accounts
  • Minimum 3 years sales experience
  • Strong communication/presentation skills
  • Solid background of sales training
