Registered Scheme Manager - Birmingham based - Up to £37,500 per annum plus benefits

Our client based in Birmingham are providing innovative and bespoke packages of care to some of the most vulnerable people in the area who are experiencing a degree of learning disability and enduring mental health issues. Many will have been in long term institutional placements and will require an extended period of readjustment to community living - this is where their services come in.

Service users will have a tailored care package to support their return to living within local communities in a supportive setting, with staff being involved developing their confidence and ability to live as independently as possible.

Our client is looking for a Registered Scheme Manager based in Birmingham to facilitate the everyday running of this Birmingham scheme for the service users and employees.

You will have the following:-

  • Be eligible to be registered with CQC as a Registered Manager
  • A professional qualification in Social Work OR First/Second Level Nursing OR Occupational Therapy AND QCF Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children and Young People Services
  • Ability to plan and organise workload to achieve deadline
  • Solution focused approach
  • Committed and passionate about delivering a person centred approach
  • Knowledge of and experience of working to CQC regulations and requirements
  • Experience on health/mental health or learning disability services to adults
