Chase Recruitment are working with a family owned, private care home in their search for a Registered Manager in Leeds.
We are looking for someone who has experience in a management setting to join a 40-bed residential home that supports elderly adults. This role is perfect for a Registered Manager who wishes to take a step away from corporate run businesses or a Deputy Manager ready to take the next step in their career.
To be considered for this Registered Manager position, you would need:
- A Level 3 in Health and Social Care as a minimum and be willing to undertake further training and development.
- Evidence of implementing change in previous role
- Significant staff management experience in a Care Home or similar environment
- A strong understanding of dementia and person-centred approach
