Registered Manager - Supported Living Start Up - Leeds - Up to £40k and great benefits

Chase Recruitment are looking to recruit an experienced Registered Manager for a start up supported living role based in Leeds.

With genuine career progression on offer, they will play an instrumental role in the growth of a young business and will play an integral role in the opening of a brand new supported living facility.

You will be fully supported and have full autonomy without constraints or being micromanaged.

As a Registered Manager, your role will be to ensure CQC requirements are met at all times and compliance is properly adhered to.

You will:-

  • Be responsible for running the home to a high standard
  • Recruit care and support workers, and mentor, train and develop through a structured learning and development plan
  • Understand the nature of a supported living service and to be flexible regarding working hours and patterns when required
  • Support with business development opportunities
  • Liase and build relationships with professional organisations
  • Update and maintain all admin systems
  • Deliver a quality service to your clients while ensuring maximum efficiency and productivity.

The ideal Registered Manager will have:-

  • Experience in as a Registered Manager or Care Manager or Senior Care Coordinator
  • Will be qualified to at least level 4 - Level 5 would be desirable but is not essential
  • A good understanding of CQC inspections
  • Good knowledge of Learning Disabilities
  • A valid UK driving licence
  • Experience of working in a supported living role
  • Solid budget management skills
