Registered Manager - Sheffield - Up to £40k, great benefits, and supportive environment

Chase Recruitment are looking to recruit an experienced, Domiciliary Care Registered Manager to join an office based in Sheffield.

With genuine career progression on offer, our client is looking for someone who has a passion for customer service, determination and drive to further develop a talented team. Ideally they will have proven experience working in the domiciliary care sector.

As they are a family centred business, you will be fully supported by hands-on directors and will also have the opportunity to shape the service.

The Registered Manager will:-

  • Work within and maintain the company quality management system and adhere to the CQC standards and regulations
  • Maintain a high quality service working in partnership with colleagues to manage and support all services
  • Ensure the delivery of safe, personalised services to each individual service user through assessment person centred planning and regular outcome focused reviews of the service
  • Ensure compliance with company development and training, supervision, probation and appraisal policies
  • Support with business development opportunities
  • Liase and build relationships with professional organisations

The ideal candidate will have:-

  • Experience in as a Registered Manager of a domiciliary care service
  • Will be qualified to at least level 4 and be willing to work toward Level 5
  • Proven understanding of CQC regulations and inspections
  • Strong knowledge of delivering a domiciliary care service
  • A valid UK driving licence
  • Solid budget management skills
