Registered Manager - Sheffield - Up to £45k DOE, respected provider, supportive environment and great perks

Chase Recruitment are looking to recruit an experienced, career minded Registered Manager to join a home care team based in Sheffield.

With genuine career progression on offer, you will play an instrumental role in how the service is run and will influence the long-term progress of it. This is a fantastic opportunity to manage and develop an already successful service which is managed to a family feel and has a great reputation in the industry.

You will be fully supported and have full autonomy without constraints or being micromanaged.

As a Registered Manager, your role will be to ensure CQC requirements are met at all times and compliance is properly adhered to.

The Registered Manager will:-

  • Be responsible for rota planning, scheduling and allocating
  • Recruit care and support workers, and mentor, train and develop through a structured learning and development plan
  • Understand the nature of a 24 hour service and to be flexible regarding working hours and patterns when required
  • Support with business development opportunities
  • Liase and build relationships with professional organisations
  • Update and maintain all admin systems
  • Deliver a quality service to your clients while ensuring maximum efficiency and productivity.

The ideal candidate will have:-

  • Experience in as a Registered Manager in a similar home care provider
  • Will be qualified to at least level 4 - Level 5 would be desirable but not essential
  • A good understanding of CQC inspections
  • Good knowledge of delivering a domiciliary care service
  • A valid UK driving licence
  • Experience of care planning and managing user records
  • Solid budget management skills
