This is an opportunity for an experienced Marketing Manager to join a creative Marketing team in a rapidly growing, fast-paced business.
You should have experience of the day to day management of a small but dedicated team of Marketers, developing strategy to improve brand awareness of all parts of the group.
In addition you should be a a hands-on creative Marketer in your own right, developing new ideas and comfortable with Adobe Creative Suite. You'll liaise with external agencies, assisting in managing a large budget, and work collaboratively across the Group.
The Ideal Person
- Strong organiser with project management skills
- Ability to develop Marketing strategy to increase brand awareness
- Attention to detail to sign-off on campaigns and designs
Experience
- A minimum of 4 years experience in a Marketing environment
- Management of own team and external agencies
- Be a confident decision maker able to prioritise own workload and team
- Knowledge of InDesign and Photoshop with an eye for detail
