Care Coordinator - Up to £25,000 DOE - Sheffield

We are looking for a Care Coordinator to join a national care provider in their homecare team to work both as part of a team and individually, ensuring that service users are receiving care of the highest quality. This is a full-time role with a brilliant bonus scheme in place for the right individual. Shifts will be Monday to Friday with some on-call responsibilities included.

You'll be an invaluable part of a team, involved with the supervision and development of your staff. The role will require you to be flexible in your work, ready and willing to step in and support your colleagues and other departments in a hands-on capacity if necessary.
