Care Coordinator CQC - 20 bedded care home - Salary circa £24k - Wakefield - Progression and opportunity for growth

Our client are looking for a talented Care Coordinator who is a true leader of people, someone that who can support a large staff team, and instinctively know how to get the best out of them.

They specialise in providing support to individuals with learning disabilities, autism, mental health and complex needs through person centred care.

The Care Coordinator will will support the Registered Manager with the day to day running of a 20 bedded service.

The Care Coordinator will ideally be:

  • Someone with a strong background within Adult Learning Disabilities Services is essential

  • Someone who has the ability to problem solve and looks for solutions

  • They will have a passion for creating positive outcomes for people and seeing them thrive.

  • Good understanding of safeguarding procedures and processes
