Care Co-ordinator - Blaby, Leciester - £23k to £26k - Career progression on offer

Chase Recruitment is supporting a small bespoke care provider based in Blaby, Leicester who focus on high quality residential support for elderly and dementia residents.

They are looking for a Care Coordinator who is ready to take on an exciting challenge and is looking for future career progression

As a Care Coordinator, your main duties include:-

  • The scheduling/rostering of rotas
  • Supporting the Registered Manager with Care planning
  • Supporting the Registered Manager on recruitment drives and interviews
  • Staff and Service User compliance checks
  • Supervisions and appraisals
  • Sharing with the on call
  • Delivering care
  • Attending meetings and being a supportive member of the team

The ideal candidate will have:-

  • 12 months or more experience in a similar role
  • 2 years experience within the Care Sector (ideally with dementia and the elderly)
  • Experience of Microsoft office
  • The ability to build positive relationships with client and colleagues
  • Good judgement and integrity
