BackApply NowMy client is a successful regional B2B media company. They are currently looking to recruit a full time Business Development Manager to work in the Leeds area.
The position would suit someone with a strong track record in B2B sales who is looking for a role that encourages their creativity. They should take a consultative approach to their sales and enjoy an opportunity to feed into an ever-evolving product.
The client has a proven career development structure that will support ambitious people with potential to take steps into management.
The role includes a generous car allowance, a monthly bonus scheme and a contributory pension scheme.
Key Responsibilities;
- Develop a defined Yorkshire territory with a mix of existing clients, and to grow the territory with the acquisition of new clients.
- Increase revenues and achieving sales growth, achieved by increasing income from existing clients and securing support from new clients through strong consultative sales skills
- Develop the range of products and services and maximising the opportunity to take new products to market when they are launched.
Key Skills;
- A proven track record of increasing revenue and client base
- Experience of selling business service solutions
- Innovative and creative with a natural curiosity to hunt for new business opportunities
- Persuasive personality with a hard headed approach
- Able to communicate effectively at senior levels
