Assistant Manager, £23,500 per annum, friendly supportive company in Knottingley
Chase Recruitment are working with a well-established care home provider for adults with learning disabilities and complex needs. Our client prides themselves on promoting a positive and supportive working environment to deliver the best quality care. Our client is looking for a motivated, empowering and determined Assistant Manager to lead a large team in one of their care homes based in West Yorkshire.
The duties of the Assistant Manager include:
- Being a frontline hands-on Assistant Manager who will need to support the Registered Manager in the day to day running of the service.
- Being able to work with every single team member and understand that they are all individual and require support from you in their own unique way, just as one of our residents would.
- Knowing how to get the best out of people and enjoy seeing your team empowered and seeing them progress too.
- Being flexible in working pattern as well as being on-call

The ideal Assistant Manager will:
- Be someone with a strong background within Adult Learning Disabilities Services
- Have Level 4/5 Health & Social Care
- Have the ability to problem-solve creatively and swiftly
- Be a strong leader of people and an influencer.
- Have a passion for creating positive outcomes for the people we are support & seeing them thrive.
- Take support, guidance & direction easily from the Senior Management team.
- Be open to change yourself and always looking where you can improve/push yourself.
